Firm-wide Compliance Training Platform Management

During my time as Compliance Associate at Zero Fintech Ltd, I managed the firm's compliance training platform end to end. This was a critical part of our governance framework, ensuring every employee received the right training at the right time.

What I did

I onboarded all staff onto the platform and assigned role-based mandatory courses tailored to each team's responsibilities. This included compliance training for frontline teams, specialist modules for those handling customer onboarding and refresher courses for senior stakeholders.

I monitored completion statistics across the business, chasing overdue completions and escalating where needed. I also maintained detailed training records to support both internal audits and regulatory requirements, ensuring we could demonstrate a clear audit trail of who had completed what training and when.

Impact

By centralising training management, we improved visibility over completion rates and reduced the administrative burden on team leads. The platform became a reliable source of truth for demonstrating our commitment to compliance culture across the organisation.
